Calls can be easily retrieved from the recorder or the archive media and sent via email or stored discretely if required
'Record on demand' functionality enables a call on any extension to be recorded at the press of a button.

System administration is browser based and can be carried out from any location where the customer can access their network. Alerts can be sent to any PC on a network to enable timely response to storage and recording issues. Hardware reliability is of paramount importance and SIPreplay only uses the highest quality components. Software quality and reliability come as standard from the development team.
