Training and Accreditation

The SIPcom accreditation scheme, SIPcom advantage, allows Channel Partners to receive full and comprehensive training in all SIPcom’s products and services, as well as offering valuable sales advice and support materials. SIPcom Advantage Channel Partners also receive favorable commercial incentives and priority access to new products and sales support from SIPcom. SIPcom operate an accreditation scheme for Channel Partners – SIPcom Advantage.

The benefits of completing the Advantage accreditation include:

• Discounts on all SIPcom services and products for Advantage Partners
• On completion of the training, Advantage Partners will have gained a comprehensive level of product knowledge and an ability to fully demonstrate the product features and benefits, which will lead to improved sales = increased margin
• Advantage Partners will have the opportunity to learn all the functionality of the SIPcom Partner Portal and this will maximise the efficiency of their back office and customer facing operations
• Advantage Partners will have the opportunity to meet other SIPcom channel partners at exclusive events, which will enable them to share ideas and information from SIPcom, which will not be pre-released to non-Advantage Channel Partners.
• Advantage Partners will have access to a e-users forum for registering and providing answers to common issues and tabling outside the box thinking for SIPcom applications
• Advantage Partners will have priority access to Director level support from SIPcom to help close large sales opportunities.
• Advantage Partners will have the benefit of an exclusive number for priority access to SIPcom Customer Support services.
